About OpenHours
OpenHours builds AI agents that answer, qualify, and book a local business's customers around the clock — nights, weekends, whenever a call or message comes in that would otherwise sit unanswered until morning.
We're currently a solo-operator agency, working directly with a small number of local service businesses in the US — HVAC and refrigeration repair, bakeries and local shops, trades like plumbing and electrical, and retail shops. OpenHours is pre-launch: the site you're looking at, the live chat demo, and the free revenue audit below are how we're meeting our first clients, not a pitch deck for clients we already have.

Why not one chatbot for everyone
A bakery and an HVAC company don't get the same questions, and they shouldn't get the same agent. Every OpenHours client's agent is configured to their trade — the questions it asks, the way it qualifies a job, and how it books the next step are built around that specific business's workflow, not a script that's resold unchanged to every client.
How we work with clients
There's no self-serve signup or published price list. It starts with a free revenue audit — a call to look at how many calls or messages are currently going unanswered, and what that's actually costing the business. Pricing is worked out from there, framed against the revenue already being lost to slow response times, not as a flat software fee.
Where things stand today
We'd rather say this plainly than dress it up: OpenHours doesn't have published case studies or client testimonials yet, because there are no live clients yet to reference. What you can evaluate today is the live chat demo on the homepage and a direct conversation on the audit call — proof by seeing it work, not by a logo wall.
