OpenHours ("OpenHours," "we," "us") provides an AI answering and booking service for local service businesses, at useopenhours.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the "Free audit" form, we collect:

  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Business type / vertical
  • Anything you write in the message field

If you sign in to the client portal (/login), we also process your account credentials and the support/project data associated with your account.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type, and whether the audit form was submitted). Google Analytics uses cookies; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your free audit request and follow up about our service
  • To operate your account if you become a client
  • To understand and improve this website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions and account data are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Access is restricted to OpenHours staff who need it to respond to your request or support your account.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us (see Contact, below). You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
