[Fill in: legal entity name, business address, and jurisdiction whose law governs these terms. Left as a placeholder rather than guessed.]
By using useopenhours.com or the OpenHours service ("OpenHours," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or service.
1. What OpenHours does
OpenHours answers, qualifies, and books your customers on your behalf, including outside normal business hours. Requesting a free audit through this site does not by itself create a paid engagement — pricing and service terms for paying customers are agreed separately.
2. The free audit
Submitting the "Free audit" form authorizes us to contact you at the email (and phone, if provided) you submit, to discuss your business and how OpenHours might help. We won't use it for anything else.
3. Client portal
If you become a client, you'll get access to a portal (/dashboard) to track tickets, project progress, and integrations. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to:
- Submit false or misleading information through the audit form
- Attempt to access another client's data or account
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
5. No warranty
This site and the free audit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Formal service-level commitments for paying clients are set out in your separate service agreement, not this page.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OpenHours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date before they take effect.
